Pre-Treatment Instructions
- Avoid wearing eye makeup, or ensure it is removed prior to your appointment.
- Remove contact lenses before your appointment.
- Inform your aesthetician if you’ve experienced irritation from previous eyelash procedures or skin products.
- Please reschedule your appointment if you have any of the following contraindications for a lash lift:
- Dry eye
- Glaucoma
- Undergoing chemotherapy
- Difficulty fully opening or closing the eye
- Watery eyes
- Sensitive skin or eyes
- Recent facial surgery
- Facial skin infections
- Eye infections
- Eye cysts
- Styes
- Claustrophobia
Post-Care Instructions
- Redness and mild swelling are normal after your treatment. If you experience blisters or skin drainage, please call the office immediately.
- Eye irritation may occur but typically resolves within 24 hours.
- Avoid getting water on your lashes for the first 24 hours. If necessary, use only cool water.
- Do not wear mascara for the first 24 hours after your lash lift.
- Avoid applying Latisse or eye creams/serums for 48 hours following your lash lift.
- Waterproof mascara can damage your lashes and should be avoided.
