The application process takes about 2 hours, with refills recommended every 1–3 weeks to maintain fullness and longevity. Ideal for achieving fuller, more defined lashes with minimal upkeep.

Pre-Treatment Instructions
- Please arrive on time for your lash appointment.
- Arrive with clean lashes, free of all makeup products.
- Avoid caffeine for 2 hours before the appointment, as it can cause your eyelids to twitch, potentially extending the lashing process beyond the 2-hour time frame.
- If you wear contacts, please remove them before the appointment.
Post-Treatment Instructions
- Avoid getting lashes wet for the first 24 hours after application.
- Do not use oil-based eye products, creams, or waterproof mascara.
- Use only water-based makeup and makeup remover.
- Remove makeup around the eyes carefully with a cotton swab.
- Do not perm, tint, or use an eyelash curler on your extensions.
- Be careful to avoid pulling on extensions or rubbing your eyes.
- Wash your lashes daily with a gentle cleanser or lash shampoo.
- For removal, please visit a trained lash technician.
- To extend the life of your lashes, schedule touch-ups every 2–3 weeks.

However, if you experience any of the following, we recommend refraining from getting eyelash extensions until the issue is resolved (where applicable):
- Known, serious allergy to extensions or adhesives.
- Naturally unruly lashes (e.g., lashes growing in different directions) or excessive curliness, as these can reduce bond strength with extensions.
- Recently permed lashes, as angled lashes provide less contact surface, making it difficult for extensions to adhere properly and reducing longevity.
- Any kind of wound or irritation around the eyes or on the eye itself.
- Habit of rubbing your eyes.
- LASIK surgery within the past two years.
- Hypersensitive skin or unexplained skin itching.
- Damaged lashes (in some cases, we may be able to assist; contact us for a consultation).

Not at all, if applied properly by a professional! Eyelash extensions are attached directly to each natural lash, without any contact with the skin. It may feel a bit unusual at first, but once you’re used to it, it’s so comfortable that many of our clients drift off to sleep during the application!
